Corporate Self-care and Wellness

Art Sense in partnership with CoCreate offer bespoke arts workshops for organisations for groups of up to 12 people.

We have also produced a brand new content for our Self-care Programme. This is delivered with the use of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and others and includes packages of bespoke podcasts and virtual co-working support. This service is delivered totally online.

Our teams can also travel to businesses’ offices to host sessions in arts and crafts and drama & movement. We can also provide practitioners to deliver Yoga & Sound Bath events. During the sessions, we discuss mental and emotional wellbeing, creating space for participants to interact and share their own experiences.

In choosing to commission a programme, package or projects from us you will be contributing to fund free of charge sessions to local communities in London’s East End. We use part of the money generated from our corporate income to fund places and materials for residents that cannot afford to attend similar sessions.

Get in touch for a chat, and we’ll explain why creativity is important for employee wellbeing and company productivity. The workshops last up to 2 hours and are engaging and enjoyable throughout. The sessions are designed to awaken employee’s creativity with various activities, which also encourage social interaction between colleagues and the promotion of self-care.

Community Cohesion

For the past year, we’ve been developing a programme called ‘Finding Common Ground.’

Finding Common Ground aims to explore what it means to belong to a community in the present social and political climate.

Our facilitators will guide you through themes such as displacement and a sense of belonging. In the workshops, we invite participants to delve into our similarities and expand on understanding what kind of relationships they have been building up and sustaining with the communities around them.

We provide a welcoming space to explore these themes in an honest, friendly and supportive environment. The workshop consists of a variety of short exercises  and group dynamics to support and facilitate participants' engagement. Our aim is to encourage people to think about the way social issues that impact our lives and communities.
